@ankit7775 AAT means tribunal which use to be MRT ... in 2018 I was unable to provide overseas police clearance due to some reason and they refuse my application ... then I appealed in tribunal and by the time tribunal opened my file I got overseas police clearance and then tribunal remit my application and it goes back to department to reconsider my application and now it’s been 13 months since tribunal made decisions on my application .. also 8 months ago case officer asked me again overseas police clearance .. I provided same day ... I don’t know why they not finalizing my application now ... I am under tremendous pressure .. I absolutely have no idea what exactly they doing... crying

I won AAT and it’s been 13 months now......... also it’s been 8 months since my case officer requested one document which was overseas police clearance ... I contacted everywhere for example .. global feed back unit,,, commonwealth ombudsman ,, local opposition MP ,,, wrote many times emails to my case officer ,,, contacted the department over the phone many many times ... have not got any appropriate answer about my application ... only one shit answer I am getting that it’s under process ... I can not believe how come they taking that long specially in my circumstances since I won AAT ... it’s been over 6 years I have not been outside Australia. My original original application which I lodged was in 2015 for 887 visa ..... since then I am waiting .... any comments guys ...

@Delfin thanks ... I lodged complain with commonwealth ombudsman and it’s under process .. can’t believe it’s been 6.5 months since last requested document provided ..

@IMAD I got co sophorn and it’s been over 6 months since co asked me PCC and provided same day and now I am waiting for my grant

@Nsingh the reason was unable to provide overseas police clearance that time but after I lodged my file with AAT I was able to get PCC and I did provided to AAT and then tribunal made decision and they Remit the application .. now it’s 10.5 months since AAT made decision .. I don’t know why DHA taking such long time to finalize my application .. originally I applied 887 visa in 2015 and since than I am in this Game .. why they not prioritizing my application .. what can I do .. plz help

Hi everyone ... plz tell me if anyone of you or know someone who won AAT and waiting now from 10 months for the DHA to grant visa ? About 6 months ago CO asked me overseas police clearance and I provided same day.. why immi taking such long time since AAT made there decision and my application goes back to department over 10 months ago .. I contacted Global feedback unit and the DHA provided me generic answer that it’s under process .. so frustrating
