  1. Hi Guys, could I ask is the CO Peter has a full name: Peter Richards?
  2. Hahaha. Congrats @10th feb . it is funny when the guys who ask for grants everyday is actually get a grant for himself. it was a great journey for you and increase all hope from feb applicants. enjoy it mate. you are deserved more than that. Freedom is a gift for you. Good luck everyone in Feb, March and April. Time to laugh now.
  3. Hi @Lufe, Thank you for sharing this info. I tried to complaint and the answer i got is WAIT.
  4. Hi guys, not sure how will it go but i just mentioned our pain about processing time to our officer and this is what he replied "Thank you for taking the time to write to me. I have forwarded your email to staff at the NSW Government, the Department of Home Affairs. I put a few paragraphs about the issue in a separate message from me, above yours." I will update you when i have a reply from these Departments.
  5. HI @Shaan0906 it is really up to your commitment and visa condition. If you have made commitment to stay at Dubbo when you applied for visa 489 then you should think twice, in should be shown in your invitation. But if not, i think in this forum, there is a lot of cases that have applied in one region area and move to other area as long as the visa requirement still be met. You should check your invitation again, i think.
  6. Hi @Shaan0906 what do you mean by "It’s just something I’m worried about these days like living in regional and still not being eligible for 887."? and the answer is Yes. You can apply for 189 when you are in 489 as long as you have enough point to get the invitation.
  7. Hi guys, i just had a phone call to Department of Home Affairs and their answer is wait. i got the record of this phone. I will raise it up and see if our Officer in my region can help. I will update you guys.
  8. HI guys, do you have a record of that phone call? I got a meeting with the Senior Skilled Migration & Project Officer in my regional area, I will raise this matter up and see if he can help us.
  9. HI @Applied 10/01 do you mean even when visa 489, you can still move to the metropolitan area?
  10. I think no. Don't count your days in bridging visa. I think in the website it said "You must currently hold an eligible visa. You must have held an eligible visa for at least a total of 2 years before you apply for a Skilled Regional (subclass 887) visa." so it means there is only 1 visa is counted. So if you hold the bridging visa for 2 years you can apply for 887 or if you want to use 489 visa as "an eligible visa" then you have to hold 489 visa for 2 years before you apply the visa 887.
  11. I believe it wont affect our application. it does not mean you do something wrong, it means the company does things in the wrong way. if the DIAC looks into your file and see it ( which is really rare), they may pass the case to ATO to handle it and they will keep doing their thing which is grant you a visa.
  12. Hi, You can answer him like: It will be left blank. the 11 digit visa number only applied for physical visa label. As all of us are digital visa ( i assume) so you don't need to fill that. It states really clear in the help section when you click on the question mark ("?") symbol next to the question. As i remember it is a last sentence or second last. you may want to check it. Hope it will help
  13. but you still get paid for these 4 week as you are working full-time so you should have 52 payslips
