  1. Dear Team, I am worried. I have had the appointment and completed the exam 100% on 14th June and still haven't been approved. What do you think I should do ? email them and ask ?
  2. Then get one ... It is just matter of going to ServicesSA and filling an application
  3. Hi All Quick question ? Do you use NAATI certified translation documents when applying for the Citizenship ? I have used the same sworn translated document (not the government one, a Lawyer) for all my Visa applications so far in Australia (489, PR). /Thanks, DVR
  4. Dear All, I have a question, Is there any form of identification document for children under 5 years other than their passport ? The reason I want to ask is, by the time I apply for my Citizenship, my son's Indian passport will have less than 4 months to expire. Since he was born offshore, his passport was issued only for 3 years. /Thanks, D.V
  5. It is just matter of clicking the "Submit" button. you sure you submitted the application and paid the Application fee?
  6. Thank you for your reply. Should we do it by the time we lodge the application or after getting the Citizenship ?
  7. This is just a weird question. Has anyone changed/altered your name by the time you apply for Citizenship ?
  8. If your kid is below 16 years of age, you don't have to wait till December. You can add her/him to your application. So then you wife can apply as a single applicant in December. Children below 16 don't have to fulfil any requirements
  9. Yes, you are correct. Nomination are not managed by Department of Homeaffair, and it is by State Governments. So you should not be worried.
  10. If you can provide that wouldn't hurt... In case the CO would ask you the overseas police clearance, your application will be on hold. we can't argue with them. If it is easier you to get it. just apply and upload. I have seen occasions where they ask for PC when the applicant has never left to home country Good Luck !!
  11. Try to upload all the documents that have both your names on it (Tenancy agreement. Letter from Medical insurance, or the documents that you showed to get your partner subsequent visa, doesn't matter if its the same set of documents, upload them again. Most importantly, if you can create a bank account with both of your names on it (Joint saving or everyday account), that would be good. It will show Department that both of you live together under one roof. Attach that bank statement as a residential address proof as well. Good Luck !!
  12. Get a letter from him that you lived in his place with rent free (with his signature, passport number, and a statement that you two have known each other for a long period of time) . Also, you must have phone bills, rego, Car insurance, or any document to prove that address, it would be fine. Tenancy agreement is just another document to add to above list. So don't worry.
