Congratulations they request documents 27 April you submitted in 29 April then in just 5 days they open your file to grant. Wow . Lucky normally they open file after 28 days or more in many cases.

When ever I complaint they send me new documents request. 4th time document request I received today. They want polio recent certificate of all family and overseas police check of my wife as she stuck overseas. 1- son medical 2- daughter e medical 3- declaration 4- polio certificate + Overseas police check

No, Parents do not need to go. Any Citizen or PR holder can give this for you, Who knows you. Does not matter where he or she live.
