What about citizenship. when we can apply after getting 887 visa

Thank God. I got my 887 yesterday Applied: April 2019. First, contact by CO on 3rd June 2020 and asked for English proof. Submitted on 3rd of June. (University English letter) GOT PR : 06/07/2020

I am asked to provide english documents. However, I have already reacher 60 max document limit. I have emailed to case officer. any other advice.

Can anyone advise me about complaining? Do we have to ask why this is talking a long time or what? please advice
