I have a Cache Level 3 and Skills Assessment at Curry Street recently told me that my certificates were not recognised in Australia. Unsure which direction to take now. We are moving into our rental at the end of this week. Our furniture has not cleared customs yet and we need a fridge to keep things cool until it does. Does anybody have a spare fridge that we could loan or buy until our items arrive. Don't want to go to expense of buying a new fridge as they are not cheap. Alison

What can I say...... A very big, big thank you to all of the families that made it to the Manchester Meet up. It was lovely to see you all, put a face to a name and exchange ideas and experiences. Hope everybody found it useful in their preparation to Oz. Good luck to those flying out very soon and to those waiting for visas. Feeling exactly the same as you. Looked on the calendar today and we have got 5 weeks before we fly. Can't believe how quickly the time has passed from when we were granted our visa. It is an emotional roller coaster and you wouldn't be normal if you weren't a little nervous. Once you land in Adelaide, and you settle into the Ozzie way of life, you will be just fine.
