Hi people,

I know you have to have this inspection when you import a vehicle to get it registered etc, but how often to you have to have this inspection and how does it apply to normal vehicles that have not been imported?

you need reflector strips on the sides of forks and swing arms.

You shouldn't do, I just had my roadworthy for my R6 on Monday and it's a UK spec bike with no side reflectors. When you bring it across they'll tell you what you need in the "Statement of Requirements" which they will send you before you can book a roadworthy test. I have noticed that a lot of Ausee bikes do have them however.

To the best of my knowledge, the Roadworthy test is just a one off thing when you first arrive.

I think every bike sold has them on either the forks or the swing arm, my klx has them on the swing arm, one of the guys has a gixer 6 and they have those moped round reflectors on the front mudguard/ forks.

His dropped off a few K's after it left the dealership. funny because they landed on the garage shelf.

I think they are noise tested, or at least at the discretion of the tester, but as stated i think you get a load of bumpf on it from Regency.

If you get a defect notice from aa copper then you have to revisit Regency or the cop shop.
