Hi all,

 

New to here and just shifted over from Bristishexpats. Now have PR in back pocked and due to validate next month (September). Have family in Grange, Semaphore and Henley - but at present property is a bit steep for us. So we were thinking of a House & Land package. Had a look at Westwood - does anyone know anything about the area? We will take a look when we come over. It's going to be a couple of years till we move over so a new build sounds ideal, put some foundations down before house prices shift.

 

Can anyone offer any advice on the Westwood project?
