leasing a car

Has any one leased a car in ozz and if so how does it work and what sort of cost is it.

I lease one through my employer on a "novated lease". Saves me a fair bit of tax as payments are me out of pre-taxable salary I do have to do 25,000kms a year to avoid a a Fringe Benifit Tax sting, but as I do around 400km's a week in commuting, it's pretty acheivable.
