Hi all

have been doing up a 3 bed house in reynella which i was going to live in but have changed plans and would like to rent to new arrivals available early december, prefer longer term min 6 months, could furnish if necessary, want to avoid the use of agents and would assist new arrivals where ever possible

Hi Callum, Michelle and Cam.

A relative of mine has her house available after Dec 15th and is looking for short-term rental 4-8 weeks before moving in herself. It's furnished. It's in the Adelaide Hills - Piccadilly but it may be useful for you for a short while until you find your feet.The freeway runs from the hills down to cross rd which runs straight through to blackforest. It never takes too long in Adelaide to get anywhere. There are some pictures at http://s242.photobucket.com/albums/ff109/piccadilly_photo/ and I think its about $350 a week. My house is immediately available and has been valued at $270 per week because it has been extensively renovated and is finished to a high standard, if you can stretch to that then maybe we can do something for you but will need to be quick, if i haven't found a tenant by end of this week i will put in the hands of an agent to deal with it
