Hi Garry

We arrive on the 6th Dec - have a holiday cabin booked for two weeks but will be looking in and around this area - My Partner will be working in Black Forest so needs easy access to the southern Express way. Can you mail me some pics and prices - we would like something part furnished as our stuff still hasn't left Southampton - thanks - Please PM me

Cheers

Hi Callum, Michelle and Cam.

A relative of mine has her house available after Dec 15th and is looking for short-term rental 4-8 weeks before moving in herself. It's furnished. It's in the Adelaide Hills - Piccadilly but it may be useful for you for a short while until you find your feet. The freeway runs from the hills down to cross rd which runs straight through to blackforest. It never takes too long in Adelaide to get anywhere. There are some pictures at http://s242.photobucket.com/albums/ff109/piccadilly_photo/ and I think its about $350 a week. If you'd like her direct contact details let me know.

All the best with the move

hi, i am only half brit, but i am hoping you wont hold that against me lol i am currently looking for some kind soul to help my family out with a place to rent. my current lease is up Jan.31st, and so far we are unable to find anyone willing to let a place to a family. we had four "guarantees" but when we went to sign the papers and they saw we have three children, suddenly the house was unavailable. we are quiet non-smokers, with no pets. we always pay the rent on time, and are able to provide bond plus 4-6 weeks rent upfront. we can afford up to $235 per week you can email me at cathyelvey@yahoo.com.au thanks - cathy =)

Hi Cathy,

Oh dear, that must be hard for you. I really think my niece is looking to rent right away and for a fair bit more than $235 per week, but I will pass your email address onto her never the less. Hope you find somewhere soon.

cheers

Hi Cathy

My house is immediately available and has been valued at $270 per week because it has been extensively renovated and is finished to a high standard, if you can stretch to that then maybe we can do something for you but will need to be quick, if i haven't found a tenant by end of this week i will put in the hands of an agent to deal with it

Regards

Garry
