Large house to rent south Adelaide

Hi,

 

we rented a very nice house in Hallett Cove, on the headland, we took out a 12 month rental but we have now found our dream house, so we are going to buy. Hence we have a contract to sub-let for approx 6 months via an good Agency (Century 21). The rent is $400 a week which they cant increase for the reminder of the contract (Bond is 4-6 weeks rent). It is a very nice 4 bed house with pool, which the kids are going to miss as well as a few extras. It is being adverstised in the local press and via the agents web site. we are looking to move from the 21st Dec so you will need to be quick.

Hope this thread is of interest to somebody who needs a nice place to stay whilst they look around for somewhere more permanent. The local schools are good.
