We are moving out of our rental in Seaford in January.

 

It is a three month old three bedroomed house with a lounge, dining/kitchen, bathroom with shower, laundry room, ensuite to main bedroom, 2 bedrooms with built in wardrobes, carport, good sized garden and 2 drives.

 

It is five minutes walk from the beach, fifteen minutes walk from school and five minutes walk from Seaford Shopping Centre.

We have friends who are arriving on the 23rd January. Just woundering if your property is still available if so they are interested in finding out more.
