The annual carol concert near Blackwood - over 2000 turned up

 

Bring your own pic-nics, wine, and comfy chairs or blankets

Free face painting, camel rides, live Nativity, candles and bouncy castle

 

great entertainment +

 

cold drinks (tea & coffee too) hot sugered doughnuts and sausage sizzle for a small charge

......... and this was the advertisement for it at the Blackwood Parade a couple of weeks before - great event for all the family (set up your picnic chairs on the side of the road (or central reservatioh as the road is closed for a couple of hours at least) The parade lasted over an hour and was followed by fun and games and sausage sizzle of course on the green behind Coles.
