Andrews Farm thoughts

we just got an offer on a rental in Andrews Farm. Any thoughts on this area? I know it will be new housing.

Yes we have a house there ready on the Lakeside estate in Andrews Farm. On our reccie we was pleased with the area as it will give us a base to start with. We know its not "beach Front" and it did take 25mins to get there from CBD depending on traffic but in the scheme of things a bit of driving wont hurt! Close to the shopping complex in Munna Parra where you have general shopping, Harvey Norman, Forty Winks furniture, Bunnings etc and its also close to the larger shopping complex at Elizebeth. Did seem quite while we was around the area .

 

Overall we feel its a good start

 

ps. never know you may be renting ours!

We lived in Elizabeth when Andrews Farm was an up and coming area in the 60s, when it was an ex ammunition depot and they converted the buildings into decent houses.

I remember a family coming over from london who had about 10 kids [true] and they were given a house on there with a mini bus to get around and a cow for milk and beef and he was given a job in John Martins dept store as a security guard, they stayed a while then said they did not like it and came back to England
