Nanny/au pair

Does anyone know if it's easy to find australian nannies /au pair equivalent there?

 

We've got a nanny in the UK but will be moving to Adelaide next year. Would prefer someone to come to our home for childcare, preferably a live in as we work odd hours. Any advice?

There are plenty of nannies available, our daughter is one and found her family through gumtree, am sure there are agencies too that can help. Hope your move goes well

this is something we are considering as we also work odd hours. We've never had a nanny or au pair so not a clue if this is something we can afford or if its something we would want more on a part time basis. Does anyone know of the rough cost this involves or where I can find this out?
