Anyone recommend a good shipping company to move interstate aus?

We moved from Melbourne to Cairns and apart from the do it yourself ones where we couldn't get insurance for self packing the cheapest was Crown. The company (I won't mention any names) up this end who Crown out sourced to were useless, they brought our stuff started unloading and then I said hang on a minute we don't own 5 bikes and a huge mirror, they were unloading someone else's things. So they packed up and when they came back they called to say their van couldn't get up our hill so they had to go back to the base again and load our items in to another truck. We had over $5,000 of damage thankfully we used Suncorp transit insurance (not sure if they do it anymore but it was the cheapest) and they paid out no problem at all
