Paver/tiler for working holiday visa

Hi need a bit of advice, my 24 year old son is coming on a working holiday visa he has been a paver/ tiler since he left school and has worked on big jobs like he London Underground upgrade and redoing the paving around Big Ben etc so knows his stuff. Does anyone know if he would find work easy here?
