Me, kind of.

 

Rang a bloke called Kenneth at spaserviceandrepairsadelaide (dot com) who said he'd arrange a time to visit and didn't call me back. I then rang Adelaide Spa doctor (24 Gilbert St, Newton SA 5074 (08) 8365 3363) and spoke to, I believe, a French guy called Didier who, when I outlined the issue, told me exactly what to check. Did as he said et voila, le spa maintenant est fixe.

 

If I needed anyone to come out to me I'd go with Spa Doctor as he was spot on. Could easily have come out and charged me for the quick fix but instead gave the info freely and sounded like a nice fella as well.
