Getting A Mortgage

Hi Andrew,

What is the minimum term of employment needed to apply for a mortgage? I have done 6 months probation as casual and have now been offered permanent employment and just want to know how long we will have to wait before we can get the ball rolling.

Obviously there will be a number of factors involved in relation to securing a mortgage and of course employement is one of them.

 

Purely from an employment perspective and based on what you have said there are lenders where this scenario will fit policy.

 

I do offer an initial consultation whereby we can sit down and I will carry out an assessment to see firstly if believe you are able to obtain a mortgage and secondly which lenders and products might be appropriate for you.

I've only been here since January and Andrew has sorted me a mortgage already. We move a week today. I highly recommend him (and Stacey) are great.
