We are returning to the UK as we have now become grandparents. We are breaking our lease on a lovely brand new 3 bedroomed property 4 Yatchsman Street, Seaford, South Australia 5169. The property is in a lovely quiet street which is about 200m from a beautiful beach. It is also close to doctors, shops, schools, childcare and shopping centre at Seaford.

 

The property has three bedrooms. The master having walk in robes and an en suite. It has a garage with electric remote door. It is a maintenance free property with a small court yard garden. We are paying $315.00 per week rent which is excellent value when you consider the house is brand new and so close to the beach.
