Hi,

We are finally buying our first house, so breaking lease on the home we have been in for 2 years. We are currently paying $470 p/week rent. The house is available from 20th January 2015

 

4 bedrooms

Awesome sea views

Large swimming pool

2 streets from the beach

Short walk to hallett cove beach train station

 

I am not able to get onto pia that often, but will try if you want to pm me
