Hi Guys

 

Possibly breaking lease on our large 4 bed home in Hallett Cove in January if we can secure new tenants ASAP!. It comprises of large lounge, dining room (which we currently use as an office), large kitchen diner, 4 beds - main with walk in robe and ensuite and 2 with built in robes, Family bathroom is split into 3 with separate toilet, vanity and bathroom with large spa bath (easily fit 2 people in) and shower and a laundry room at the back of the property with garden access. Large outdoor undercover entertaining area, decent size back garden (we currently have a 10ft trampoline out there and still plenty of room). The decor is very neutral and modern.

The rent is $410 per week and would be available around the 18th January.
