sacred heart high school

Hi We are moving to adelaide in the easter holidays from perth, looking at sacred heart high school, any thoughts for this school? Whats the surrounding suburbs like to live in?

That's Brighton way iirc. On the main road. Some good suburbs surround it but being beachside ones in the metropolitan area prices are pretty high buying wise and renting. Also rentals get snapped up if in the Brigton high school zone. And elsewhere they shift quick due to primary school zones.

 

I'd check out Brighton, Glenelg east and south Glengowrie and perhaps Somerton Park to start you off if you are wanting to be close to the school.

We lived just down the road from that school when we arrived and I really want my son to go there, but as he was in an all boys Grammar School in UK he wanted to go to the Brighton High School a mixed school, we looked at all the schools around there and they are all very good, they all socialise together here which is very different from UK so my son has friends from Sacred Heart as did my daughter, area is lovely too, we moved literally 5 minutes away when we bought our first house.
