Pregnancy during immigration process

 What happens if I get pregnant during the immigration process after passing Nclex as an o’grady Peyton Nurse

This is for a US visa. I doubt anyone here is going to know anything about the US visa system. This is a migration forum for people migrating to Australia. 

Can you not contact them and enquire? Or perhaps it says somewhere in the small print of your application as to changes in your medical condition?
