Can you provide me more details of his visa's refusal. If somebody did the work in metropolitan area before entering in the nominated state but afterwards fulfilled the 489 condition and still live in nominated state. Does this effect on his 887 visa?

We have travelled to Pakistan in April and Pakistan is included in countries where after coming , you need to bring the polio certificate or get it done here after vaccination.
Hopefully it will be ok.
