I've got his reply and will be talking to him this afternoon.

Update from SBS:

"I’m on it. I spoke to one of the applicants last week and Will speak to more today and in the coming days."

Thank you to all who took time out and contributed for this.Let's hope for the best. Its good to see members coming out and addressing the issue.

Clear explanation about the issues faced in this process,  will only make this case strong.

Further SBS  Update: "I am hoping to be able to put this one out some time this week. But I will have to wait for a response by the Home Affairs Dept."

This has now reached HAD to provide responses on the delays and address the issue. So guys please contribute as much as you can .. we can expect some action here this week.

Hopefully an positive outcome.

Hi TTTF,

I spoke to him last week and he asked me to send him further details which I will send him by tonight. However, I encourage everyone to share their stories because more people will mean more chances to gain public attention.

@Anoop congratulations mate, do we have to provide certify docs. Also, where did you put your parents+siblings in your application, is it non-accompanying or other family members as this is a common mistakes most applicant makes. Your feedback on this will be greatly appreciated.

Hi seniors

I made a mistake in filling our visa application I put my parents and siblings in non accompanying family unit

Now I know that i have to upload a notification of incorrect answer but I'm confused in filling it what to write in

1. Information that was incorrect

2.correct information

I made same mistake and forgot to correct it. However, when CO opened my file, he rectified for me by deleting my parents in accounts. So you should be fine. May be you should upload form 80 first just in case.

Hi,

Name appears on the passport takes as reference. That should be every where else. ( except higher education certificate's name)

Marriage certificate may be the right document.

Specially police reports' name and passport name should be tally.

Hi Ravana

Thanks for your reply, I submitted Marriage Certificate, which has same name as on Passport and AFP.

Hope so this will work

Thanks

Sudip
