887 Visa - What's the update?

Just a quick question guys. I have translated my documents back when I applied to 489 outside Australia. He was not a NAATI translator. Now when I am applying for 887, do I have to re-translate them with a NAATI translator? . My opinion is to apply with old documents as it is, but I appreciate your feedback

i Applied with old documents. all information must be matching from A to Z.

That means until November applicant got the email. We have to wait more. Lets see how quickly they finilise the applicant.

I contacted a immigration agent/Australian Lawyer, they said some early applicants were not bared by the "you do not hold the prerequisite visa to apply for this visa". and they submitted their 887 visa

That's because your file will not be allocated soon BUT it is ALREADY allocated to a CO. Be Positive.

Thanks Freddy  But still the status in immi is received and i uploadeded new afp this july,but in immi account its still shows as last updated on Aug18.

I applied for 887 on 16/04/2018, contacted on 14 June 2019 for my son's medical.....waiting for over 17 months

Here is my question.......can I do FIFO job from a regional area in Victoria (Geelong) to another regional area in Queensland (Makcay) while waiting for PR.

If yes...is change of circumstances mandatory?

I will appreciate your honest opinion.

as long as you are in 489 regional skill visa. and you are allowed to work in designated areas. 

 

please show them your payslips, reference letter or tax noticev.v..v any evidence to show you are working in regional areas.

Hi

489 Regional and 489 Regional ( Designated) are the two different categories.  I would suggest to check your attachment of your facts sheet of your 489 visa approval letter. You have been given details of the post code where you can work and live. You are on the way to get your PR. Do not make a mess at the last stages.

i think there are only 2 kinds of 489: 

489 regional skill

489 family sponsor.

@serry I would let your current CO (from your 489) know that you have renewed a passport. Always a good thing to keep them informed with any changes.

I am a silent follower.. I would love to share my good news with you all .. I have received direct grant this morning at 0846.

Applied 31 August 2018 . Vic Geelong region ..

 

Family of 3, my daughter is 7 yrs old.

I updated my AFP in JULY 19 just before it was about to get expired.

It’s a direct grant . CO Wilson .
