@Delfin thanks ... I lodged complain with commonwealth ombudsman and it’s under process .. can’t believe it’s been 6.5 months since last requested document provided ..

Hello, the contact was a request for further employment information for my partner (who is now the main applicant). We applied Nov 2018.

1st contact 17/05/2019 CO Wilson - various letters from official government agencies sent to PA  ● Evid of employment: copy of payslips for claimed period, ● contract ● superannuation, ● Tax Assessment Notice

2nd contact 19/06/2019 CO Katherine - Unemployment. Advise how you were financially supported whilst unemployed.

 Evidence of remuneration for the entire period of employment (for example, bank statements showing wages credited or bank cheques) and 2018 payment summary.

3rd Contact 09/10/2019 CO Michael -Further evidence of employment in a regional area. They check whether you still stay in a regional area even after 2 years. therefore don't go to metro area until you get the Golden letter 

28/01/2020 Grant CO Regina.

we moved after fulfilling 2 years stay in first regional area and after submitted application. CO contacted and asked for evidence of the new regional address, so we provided evidence of the new address, eg lease agreement, notice of assessment, letter from Medicare, Vic road of licence renewal, water/electricity/gas bills for the period, payslips for the period (all in one PDF file).

Be careful if you are moving from regional to another regional before the end of 489, continue gather evidence as they are likely to ask for it.

Hi)  Just want to share some info. I put my application on 6/7/2018 now it is almost 19 month. First contact was in September.

So on Friday 31/01/2020 I rang immigration and ask them when should I expect any desigion about my application. 

Really nice guy told me that if CO contact me in September and requested more documents(I want to admit that it was same documents which I upload at the beginning, except tax assessment) it could take indefinite until they made a desigion. I asked him, does it mean if on 6/02/2020 CO will request more documents I will need to wait antoer year?... I received a positive answer.. on my question.. 

I do not have any words to say now...
