Yes Mate, I cleared my IELTS with 7.5 in all 4 areas of exam, Now thanks for your concern, but you dont have to worry about me, my English or for the matter, what mistake, I made in the sentence. You dont need to be an expert, when one is just trying to read comments and making a guess on the status of Files getting cleared at 3 AM in the morning. 

Anyway, you are not important and I have no time to think about your judgement. You look like an expert, waiting in queue to show off your greatness.

If you write a chronology of events after you landed here and support them with appropriate level of documentation. It should be accepted. Some things at times are beyond the control of an individual and visa cannot be seen as a restriction when it is the matter of health or any issues related to that. Questions might be asked  around hospital arrangements in regional  area and the rationale to be transferred to metropolitan, which you can support with the documents from Dr/hospital etc. 

There is also option to apply 489 2nd Provisional visa if you are falling short of completion of residency and work conditions due to genuine reasons.

It appears post your stay in non- regional area you have made all the attempts to comply with visa conditions, which is tick in the box as it demonstrates genuine attempt  to be in compliance to visa conditions. 

This group can only provide suggestions out of their individual experience which is limited, not an advice to make an decision. 

Professional advice will be beneficial, as your case is  very specific and has unique circumstances, Mark from Migration Solutions  (search on Facebook) have been of great help to 489 visa group holders.  You might want to try that option out before making a decision.

Results need to be valid at the time of lodgement of 887 visa. It does not matter if they expire whilst waiting for the 887 visa grant.

Thanks to all my friends here.

No, they have not asked for the updated PCC. Though I have applied for it but I have not received it back from VFS Global.

I had provided IELTS for my wife only. I am Main applicant and nothing for me. 

I had migrated to TAS directly from India on 489 and submitted PTE at that time only...
