Case officer is saying, she can see only 3 pay slips with 35 hours. I guess she did not combine all pay slips, despite , I made 52 attachments which are well reflected more than 35 hours.

I think you should write an explanation with clear statement such as an summarized table shows each week working hours to the CO.

May be the CO needs to review many cases per day and will not assess everycase carefully.

just my opinion

Hi Everyone

I applied for 887 on the 10 September 2017 and still pending.

On the 1st of June, I sent a complaint to the department and today I have got the following reply.

Really appreciate if you could please confirm if this is the common reply you get from the department once you do a complaint?

Good luck for all applicants...!

Hi people,

What's the story with requesting functional English from main applicant?

I just received letter where CO requests one from myself... I'm sure that functional English for main applicant wasn't on the list this time last year?

I had a same request today. It is confusing. can anyone help on this one please

I know and it is mainly because of a 7 month delay of an updated 1229 from my child's father who is my ex-husband and is re-married now and living overseas. He used this document as  a bargaining chip in the divorce matter and delayed it. Now we are suffering..but I have provided the department all requested documents up-to now; court documents..consent forms, police reports..etc. However this delay is not acceptable from our side. That's why I am wondering if this is the general reply people get they do a complaint of a delay...?

I have applied 887 visa recently in Adelaide,  They sent me Request more information asking AFP and Functional English for Main Applicant. But in the DIBP website it is clear main applicant doesn't need to prove English. After working 1 year proving functional english seems to me something wrong/

I sent an email after adviced from their hotline to the skilled support team. Waiting for reply.

Please share similar outcomes if you heard from them

Hi, Have you got any reply from them as today they asked for english requirement but i am a primary applicant, i am not sure what they are thinking

Hello all the seniors candidates

I need some help. I am preparing docs for 887. I would like to know how did you guys make files? I mean for the pay slips, docs should be certified or not?  do we make separate pdf files? like payslips separate for me and my partner . Residential and other docs. How did you guys separate files? Every reply would be highly appreciated...
