This chart shows in orange the number of applicants for 887 visa according to our tracker.

Clearly it shows that the COs are trying to catch up I reckon. 

Of course, this is only according to our tracker and whoever is on there. Applicants from 2019 are not a correct representation as a lot of applicants have not found this tracker yet.

But it is a nice visualisation.

First time I logged complaint over the phone and explained how this delay it is affecting all of us and how frustrating we feel etc. and would be fair to get the case processed within reasonable time.

Second logged online pretty much with the same content and requested to pass it to processing team

Not sure if it triggered the grant or not. Could be escalated  to team and took CO officer 1 hour  to assess  (got my grant at 10 AM)

Simmie, I think that is the way forward for us. I'm just not sure what to say as I don't want to annoy the CO and get the process dragged out even more... What are your thoughts?

@Skaur & @March9th2019 I do believe that this is a mistake on the tracker.

As March9th2019 only applied on March 9th 2019. 

Could someone please delete this line from the tracker if indeed incorrect?

I wish i have added my detail in your appliation !!

I applied on 15th June 2018, Last contacted on 20th June 2019 for my New born Baby's Passport, resubmitted AFP of myself and my wife, E-medical verification for baby on 12th of July.

No Response after that.

Tried to contact IMMI, but standard reply to wait 16 months before making any compalin.

This is crazy and very unreasonable. Its time we take this escalation to next level and get the required attention and solution. I will not be shocked.. by the time a December 2019 applicant puts in the application the processing would 24 months. No point in complaining on individual basis.. we need to talk in one strong voice and get a fair outcome.
