They have specifically asked for the two documents, maybe if you have them handy you provide them and save yourself from trouble of going for ielts. Maybe they must not have the docs you uploaded...

Complaints 4 times and last complaint was through IMMI account last week.

Having nightmares everyday in the last two years.

Waking everybody up in this forum with my post, praying for everyone, finally, someone must have listened.

I love this forum, it’s like a family, I really hope everyone will get it and enjoy lives.

Congrats!

Hope everyone got grant keep following the forum! 🙂  Your experience after going thru the process is invaluable to us!

Yes it is I just lodge a complai via feedback asking to finalized my application since it is almost 19 months

Thay asked a letter from the institution that mention my partner did the studies in English medium😥
