Looks like they want to unnecessarily prove the applications are not decision ready in order to stick to their statement .. Other than English did not see any other major reason for a query with most of the applicants. This English is their issue for not providing complete and comprehensive information at the time of the application and applicants are facing the brunt.

Seems they don't check what we have submitted but just sending the docs. Since primary ENGLISH evidence are submitted under Other documents category they may lazy to check it

CO Christopher. IELTS scores are equivalent to proficient English which my understanding is that they should be valid for within 3 years of applying for 887 which they are?

Will add certs and letter from college but its ridiculous - if you have proved proficient english within stipulated time frame, why now would you have to prove functional english

Exactly. If applicants uploaded uploaded Medium of instruction and valid IELTS, whats the point of asking it again?? seems like making application incomplete intentionally to delay.

Just contacted today by CO Lisa, asking for main and depend English proficiency.

My wife is dependent and done OET last year but CO said she has level B in 3 module but C in one. She has to complete it with B in all modules.

Please suggest what to do now ?
