i applied last year 26 June 2019, co contacted 3 June 2020 asked for resident proof, work proof and english requirements. I have submitted everything in details still they are asking for these documents. i might give ielts next week as it will be hard to bring letter from uni anytime soon. lets see

this is important; wife's IELTS was expired on Feb this year. We up loaded her Australian work reference letter for 2 years. UK experience letter for 7 years. Primary applicant ; Degree and Transcripts from UK

@bornil 2 months old babymate, passport applied last week, ihave not seen anyone without newborn baby passport granted 887?

first contact and then no response.

Can I make a complaint from my own immi account? Is that ok?
