hi guys 

I applied 887 in March 2018. Almost 12 months complited but has not got any reply from Immi. My wife is pregnent and delivery date in March ending . My question is that should I inform to visa officer regarding preganency or inform after baby birth ? still visa offficer has not been appointed.
