Condition 8558 - 12 months stay in any 18 months period

Dear Friends,

I have used the 8558 calculator and got following dates:
Entry Date Depart Date    Days 

01/11/2018 10/07/2019    252 07/11/2019 14/02/2020    100 02/04/2020 04/04/2020        3

24/04/2020 10/01/2021
As per this we can re enter on 24 Apr 2020 and stay till 10 Jan 2021

Our visa is from 12 Sep 2018 to 12 Sep 2021. 

Our first entry in Australia was on 1 Nov 2018. 
Counting 6 months stay outside Australia from 1 Nov 2018, date comes to 14 Apr 2020 when we can enter again. So 24 Apr seems wrong.


I request clarification on this please. Can someone please give the correct date of my re entry in Apr 2020.
