Can anyone help please?

My parents visitor visa is running out soon and we cant find out what visa they should apply for.

They have had 2 flights cancelled due to the coronavirus and now have another flight booked for 3rd July back to the u.k

We have contacted home affairs and the British Consolute but cant get through to anyone.

Would really appreciate some advise
