Hi Gang

 

Anybody been lucky in the Telecom Industry and heard from Peewee?

 

Hubby did get in touch with him and sent C.V off etc...

 

He kindly replied and confirmed he had received all his details and would be back in touch if/when a possible vacancy arises for him!

 

Any other Telecom Guys struggling and getting anxious?

Hi, The telecoms sector out here can be quite tough to break in to, it depends on many things.

Many telco tradies have had to diversify in to others areas in order to get by. Also depends on your specific experience i.e fibre, switch, routers, voip, data etc, etc..Also being lucky (right place, right time)...

Thankfully the Visa we are on (SIR 495) allows me to work outside the Communications sector.
