About the company:
We are an owner operator business that installs, relocates, services and repairs equipment for the automotive repair industry.  We cover the Adelaide metropolitan area and SA country areas.  Our goal is to ensure everyone from large corporations to smaller businesses and individuals have their equipment installed, maintained correctly and breakdowns dealt with in a timely manner.

About the role: (casual for the first 6 months)
Due to growth we have an opportunity for a proactive and motivated service technician with an appropriate trade, based in Adelaide.  This is a hands-on role with the primary responsibilities being:
•    Servicing and OHS certification
•    Maintenance and repairs of equipment to ensure compliance
•    Installation and commissioning
•    Attend breakdowns as required
We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who are mechanically minded with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. 
The position will be casual to start, with a full time position available to the right candidate after a probationary period.

Person Specification
•    Mechanical or Electrical trade qualification
•    Current driver’s licence 
•    Ability to work autonomously
•    A strong work ethic and pride in workmanship
•    Ability to fault find and resolve hydraulic/pneumatic, mechanical and basic electrical issues
•    Professional approach to service delivery
•    Excellent communication skills as you will be dealing with customers
•    Good verbal, numeracy and written skills

Job Requirements
•    Conduct safety & function checks
•    Perform routine maintenance on equipment
•    Attend to breakdowns, fault find and repair
•    Maintain an accurate record of work performed
•    Manage your daily workload and ensure that all jobs are attended to and completed within the specified time frames

The successful candidate will be provided with work uniform, service vehicle and mobile phone.
