I came to know that there is a functional English requirement for primary and secondary applicants to lodge 887 visa.

I can provide a functional English letter from my University.

But my wife highest degree is simple graduation and was not in English. But she had completed O-level/College in English medium and all subjects were in English excepts two.

I want to know. is it acceptable if I provide a function English proof from college for my wife?
