How much would we expect to pay.........

Hi again everyone, wonder if you can help me with this one please........

 

What with the housing market in the UK, we are now looking down the renting road, and can expect to clear £1,000 per month.

 

So I was wondering how much a 4 bedroom rental would be say in the north and south of Adelaide, we know there is more work for oh in the north.

So would the above pay the rent and some of the bills?????

 

I having been looking at the realestate web site, but I've all noticed that people have rentals on PIA.

Hi,

 

We own a rental property at Davoren Park which is in the north. It is a 4 bed, 2 bath brand new property (only finished at end of last year). It is currently let at $250 per week. That includes the council rates which we have to pay! Hope this helps.
