Hi there

 

Some friends of mine are breaking their lease on rental in Trott Park, as they have now bought - they are leaving at the end of September. It has 3 bedrooms - 2 way bathroom, family room, lounge and formal dining room. It has ducted aircon and a gas heater in the family room. There is a double carport and outdoor undercover entertainment area. Rent is $285 per week.

Close to both Sheidow Primary and Woodend Primary. Their children attend Seaview High School.
