Rentals how long?

Hi, can anybody tell me how long it takes from seeing a property you want to rent in Adelaide to when you get the keys and are able to move in.

This can obviously differ from Rental to Rental . With our Rental that we were in ,we moved in 3 weeks after seeing it. You will need to complete an application form from the agent ( you get this at the time of viewing) and I would recommend doing this the same day if you really like the house as they seem to go really quickly. Also it might be worth you offering a higher bond to secure the house.
