Used REISA (Real Estate Institute of SA) helpline yesterday and they were really prompt and helpful. Just thought people might be interested in case they'd never heard of them. You can ring or email your queries. Their website also has some useful info re the new legislation that has just come in re buying houses. It's designed to stop bidding wars but means you sometimes only get once chance to make a bid. All bids have to be in writing.
