Good news for house sellers

Its been on the BBC this morning that house prices are no longer going down! They are not increasing but are steadying.

This is great news for those of us desperate to sell.

By the way, this is true, its not one of my wishful thinking threads.

That's really good news for everyone!! Did you ring Adelaide last night hun?

No I spoke to my agent and she said they are recieving medical and police requests for March and April applicants which is quite a jump from the Nov, Dec ones.

She is totally confident we will have it in time so has told me to 'chill out for a while' and see where we are by Feb time.

Fair enough, I have 7months.

THis is good news - thanks I'll check it out. We are having our front and back door changed today in the hope it will boost a sale. We don't want to do too much but if it means getting people through the door -we'll do anything
