We have just bought our first house in Australia and have had the morgage application approved. The best piece of advise we can give on the subject is to contact Andrew Williams from this site as your morgage adviser. He got us a great rate, was really professional and helpful. We found coming from England speaking to someone English who knew the differences between the UK and Oz systems was invaluble. The whole process was made very easy, and from start to finish has only taken a couple of weeks.
